Get in shape in 10 days? Jumping-fitness is your love affair? Then this workout plan is just for you! For each day there is one specific workout that you need to complete. The 10 day workout plan is designed to give you an full body workout & burn a lot of calories during this time. The workouts for each day are of different lengths. After the last training day, please take two days of active rest (longer walks in nature, swimming...).
